HOW TO REGISTER?

REGISTRATION FEE

Conference registration includes:

• Admission to all conference technical events: oral/poster sessions, and plenaries.
• Welcome Reception and other social/networking events
• Daily lunches and coffee breaks/snacks
• An electronic copy of the conference Proceedings

Important notes:

• Each accepted paper must be accompanied by a regular non-student registration received before October, 10.
• A regular non-student registration can cover only up to two papers. Additional papers will require a separate full registration.
• Early and normal registration fees will only be confirmed if the registration form and payment are received by the Conference Secretariat before the dates indicated above. Payments received on or after the published dates will be charged at the next higher rate.
• In order to receive the member rate, a registrant must be an IEEE/EURASIP Member at the time of registration. For more information on membership visit ieee.org or eurasip.org.
• A student registration must be accompanied by evidence of current student status. A valid proof of student status, which may include a current student identification, a record of enrolment, or a letter from the Department, should be sent to the workshop secretariat at the time of registration.

Dissemination Day

EUVIP 2019 Program aims at increasing awareness of the scientific and industrial community attending the conference of the recent results obtained by Research Projects funded by the European Commission or by European Agencies (included those supported by a single member state) or by National Agencies. At the same time, the Program allows project coordinators and partners to disseminate the developed approaches and results. To this aim we propose to project coordinators or project partners to exploit the dissemination day. During this day, desks will be available in the conference premises (where coffee breaks and lunches are given) and presenters may describe the project, the developed approaches and the obtained results. The cost of the dissemination desk is €350. We have a limited number of slots.
