Organizations can support EUVIP 2019 in the following ways:

• Partners
• Contributors
• Patrons
• Supporters

This support can take the form of direct grants, paid advertising in the event program, services provided in exchange for brand exposure, underwriting a specific activity (breaks, lunch, etc.), and providing attendee gifts, among other ways.

Organizations are invited to exhibit their products and services at the EUVIP 2019, to be held at the Department of Engineering, Roma Tre University, Roma, Italy. It is expected that over 150 participants will join the technical program.

PATRON OPPORTUNITIES

Diamond level - 8000 Euros (one available)

• A "Diamond Booth" - A complimentary preferred double booth facing the Exhibit Hall entrance and Coffee Break Area
• The patron may provide a freestanding banner which will be positioned in the registration area for the duration of the Conference (maximum size 6ft high x 3ft wide)
• Two (2) full workshop registrations
• Full page advertisement in the workshop program
• One(1) flyer or promotional item (provided by the patron) in attendee's registration package
• Recognition at the conference and on the workshop website, featuring linked patron name and company logo
• May be a sponsor and select one of the optional lunch presentations
• Patron may provide lanyards with company logo to be used for workshop delegate name badges (Estimated 200)
• Enhanced recognition at all of the events and functions

Gold level - 4000 Euros (two available)

• A complimentary preferred booth facing the Exhibit Hall entrance and Coffee Break Area
• The patron may provide a freestanding banner which will be positioned in the registration area for the duration of the Conference (maximum size 6ft high x 3ft wide)
• One (1) full workshop registrations
• Half page advertisement in the workshop program

Silver level - 2000 Euros (five available)

• A complimentary preferred booth facing the Exhibit Hall entrance

• Recognition at the workshop website, featuring linked patron name and company logo

Bronze level - 1000 Euros (ten available)

• One(1) flyer or promotional item (provided by the patron) in attendee's registration package
• Patron name and company logo in the workshop program
• Recognition at the conference and on the workshop website, featuring linked patron name and company logo

Iron level - 500 Euros (non limited quantity)

• Recognition at the conference and on the workshop website, featuring linked patron name and company logo

OTHER OPPORTUNITIES

Delegate Workshop Item - 2000 Euros

• Logo to appear on the Conference promotional item alongside the EUVIP 2019 logo
• The Organizing Committee reserves the right to source and select the promotional item
• Recognition at the workshop and on the workshop website, featuring linked patron name and company logo

Best Student Paper Contest Award - 2500 Euros per student award

EUVIP 2019 welcomes patrons for the Best Student Paper competition

• Naming the award
• Verbal recognition by the speaker at the announcement of the award
• Recognition at the workshop and on the workshop website, featuring linked patron name and company logo

Conference Break Patron - 2000 Euros (per day)

Breaks are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

• Recognition on the website, featuring linked patron name and company logo, and the supported break

Delegate Bag Insert - 1000 Euros

• Patron may provide one(1) promotional item to be inserted into each of the conference delegate bags (Estimated 200)

Welcome Reception Patron - 2000 Euros

Welcome reception to be held on Tuesday, October 29

• Recognition at the conference and on the conference website, featuring linked patron name and company logo
• Patron may provide a free standing banner positioned at the entrance to the welcome reception (maximum size 6ft high x 3ft wide)
• Small signs on the tables at the welcome reception featuring the patron name and logo
